Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the front desk and guest services
  • Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained and resolve guest issues effectively
  • Monitor room inventory and maximize revenue through effective upselling and inventory management
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest arrival and departure experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Guest service-oriented with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
