Position: Westin Experience Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift operations to ensure exceptional and personalized guest experiences
- Train and coach the experience team on Westin brand standards and service sequences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professional authorized grace
- Monitor staff performance and maintain organized guest service workstation areas
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver consistent high-quality guest journeys
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a senior guest relations agent or supervisor in an upscale hotel
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to guest service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence in guest facing roles
- Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest engagement
- Knowledge of property management systems and standard office software
- Service oriented mindset with strong attention to guest needs and details
- Relevant degree or certificate in Hospitality Management is preferred
