Position: Bell Boy
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transport to and from rooms
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and features
- Handle guest luggage storage and retrieval with care and accuracy
- Deliver guest parcels, newspapers, and messages promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby area
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and service-oriented
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy luggage
- Friendly personality with a proactive approach to guest assistance
- Knowledge of the BSD City area is a plus
- Strong communication skills
