Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and passionate about guest service
- Fluency in English is an advantage for international guest interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management systems and standard office software
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
