Position: Guest Service Agent (DW)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with professional efficiency and warmth
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest folios and handle payments using the property management system
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions
  • Follow established service sequences and Accor brand standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a professional hotel
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Strong team spirit and service-minded approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Fluency in English is an advantage for diverse guest interaction
  • Reliable and able to work flexible daily shifts
  • Knowledge of the Yogyakarta area is highly regarded
