Position: Guest Service Agent (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with professional efficiency and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain accurate guest folios and handle payments using the property management system
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions
- Follow established service sequences and Accor brand standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a professional hotel
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Strong team spirit and service-minded approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Fluency in English is an advantage for diverse guest interaction
- Reliable and able to work flexible daily shifts
- Knowledge of the Yogyakarta area is highly regarded
