Position: GRO (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated service and assistance to Mandarin-speaking guests
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Act as a bridge for communication between guests and resort departments
- Coordinate personalized guest activities and villa requirements
- Proactively resolve guest issues to ensure a seamless stay experience
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury resort
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in English to coordinate with the resort team
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
- Positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Neat and professional appearance at all times
