Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during shift operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Supervise front office activities and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the property and its guests at all times.
  • Provide detailed shift reports to management regarding operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in high-end hotels.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of English to interact with a diverse international clientele.
  • Knowledgeable in hotel safety protocols and guest relations management.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance reflecting the Autograph Collection brand.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and office applications.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
