Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during shift operations.
- Resolve guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Supervise front office activities and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property and its guests at all times.
- Provide detailed shift reports to management regarding operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in high-end hotels.
- Calm under pressure with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English to interact with a diverse international clientele.
- Knowledgeable in hotel safety protocols and guest relations management.
- Professional demeanor and appearance reflecting the Autograph Collection brand.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
