Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented with a friendly personality
- Able to work in shifts
- Fluent in English
