Position: GRO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Guest Relations Officers and ensure personalized service
- Handle VIP guest arrivals and special requests
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences
- Train staff on service standards and guest interaction
- Resolve guest issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest relations or front office supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented with a friendly personality
- Ability to lead a team
- Fluent in English
