Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts, serving as the senior point of contact for guests and staff
- Ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences while maintaining service standards
- Address and resolve complex guest issues with professional service recovery and authority
- Coordinate with security and engineering for property wide safety and operational continuity
- Conduct property inspections to ensure all areas meet Marriott aesthetic and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Front Office leadership or as a Duty Manager in a 5 star hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse operations independently
- Exceptional problem solving skills and professional grace under pressure
- Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest interaction
- Thorough knowledge of property management systems and emergency procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to operational excellence
- Reliable and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
