Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to provide exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address feedback with professional authority
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and requests
  • Oversee the implementation of Front Office SOPs and ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Train and develop the Front Office team to maintain high levels of operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star hotel
  • Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and managing Front Office budgets
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a guest-centric environment
  • Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest interaction
