Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team to provide exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address feedback with professional authority
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and requests
- Oversee the implementation of Front Office SOPs and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Train and develop the Front Office team to maintain high levels of operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing Front Office budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a guest-centric environment
- Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest interaction
