Position: Guest Relation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest relations team to provide personalized and memorable guest experiences
- Coordinate arrival and departure experiences for VIP and loyalty program guests

- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth stay

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence in guest facing roles
- Fluent in English for professional coordination with international guests
- Strong leadership ability to manage and inspire a guest centric team
- Knowledge of property management systems and standard office software
- Strategic mindset with a focus on loyalty program growth and guest satisfaction
