Position: Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and building rapport.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring all special requests are met.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to create a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of service, demonstrating a pleasant personality at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same position at 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
• Able to work with creativity and agility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic environment.
