Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check in, check out, and guest service.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in training and developing Front Desk Agents and Concierge staff.
• Act as a point of contact for guest escalations, resolving issues with professionalism.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure all team members are aware of daily arrivals, departures, and events.
• Oversee cashiering and billing procedures to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at the Front Office of a luxury hotel, ideally in Bali.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and Front Office procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in Canggu.
• A proactive and hands on approach to guest service.
