Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all Front Office operations for our pre-opening resort in Canggu, including Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure exceptional guest service standards from day one.
  • Train, mentor, and build a high performing Front Office team passionate about Bali hospitality.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest check in/out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in a 5 star pre-opening or lifestyle resort in Bali.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations in the Canggu market.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs within the department.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
