Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Front Office operations for our pre-opening resort in Canggu, including Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure exceptional guest service standards from day one.
- Train, mentor, and build a high performing Front Office team passionate about Bali hospitality.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest check in/out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in a 5 star pre-opening or lifestyle resort in Bali.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
- Expert proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations in the Canggu market.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs within the department.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
