Position: Club Lounge Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and exclusive service to Club Lounge guests, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Manage check-in, check-out, and concierge services for lounge guests.
- Coordinate and serve light food and beverage offerings within the Club Lounge.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle all inquiries or requests promptly.
- Maintain the elegant ambiance and operational smoothness of the Club Lounge in Ubud.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Food & Beverage or Guest Relations in a 4-5 star hotel.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
- Proficient in English; additional language is a plus.
