Position: Club Lounge Agent

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and exclusive service to guests in the Club Lounge.
• Manage private check-in, check-out, and concierge services for lounge guests.
• Coordinate and present food and beverage offerings within the lounge, ensuring high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle all inquiries with professionalism and a pleasant personality.
• Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity of the Club Lounge.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same position (Club Lounge or Guest Relations) at 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
• Able to work with creativity and agility.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.
• Experience in F&B service is a significant advantage.
• Professional, courteous, and able to work independently.
