Position: Hotel Assistant Manager / Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Handle guest escalations and resolve issues to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Support the Front Office team during peak check-in/check-out periods.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, security, and service standards.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager, or AFOM in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, especially Front Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- A calm, professional, and authoritative demeanor.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
