Position: Reception
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the hotel and manage all check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and Bandung, and process payments.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
- Provide personalized and professional service to all guests.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about guest service and creating a positive first impression.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Talented individual with a positive attitude.
