Position: Concierge

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for dining, tours, and activities in Jimbaran and across Bali.
• Coordinate guest transportation, including airport transfers and private car services.
• Handle guest mail, messages, and deliveries with confidentiality and efficiency.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to provide exceptional guest service.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism.
• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar experienced customer service role within a luxury hotel.
• Dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional luxury services.
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
• A team player with great integrity and a positive attitude.
• Deep knowledge of Jimbaran, Uluwatu, and the wider Bali area is a significant advantage.
