Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and with a pleasant personality.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and Bandung, and manage reservations.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) and handle guest billing accurately.
• Resolve guest issues with creativity and agility to ensure an elevated hospitality experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same position at 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
• Able to work with creativity and agility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric attitude.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS software is highly preferred.
• Able to discover different dimensions of guest service for renewal and recreation.
