Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Ensure all departments are operating smoothly and maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Handle guest escalations and emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the Front Office team during peak check-in and check-out times.
  • Conduct property rounds to ensure safety, security, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, particularly Front Office and Security.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in Surabaya.
