Position: Reservation
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online travel agents (OTAs).
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maximize room revenue by upselling villas and resort packages.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide detailed information and confirm bookings.
- Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to manage room inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (Reservation Agent) at a hotel or resort.
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
- Positive attitude and manner.
- Able to join immediately.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and managing OTA extranets.
