Position: Reservation

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online travel agents (OTAs).
  • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Maximize room revenue by upselling villas and resort packages.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to provide detailed information and confirm bookings.
  • Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to manage room inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (Reservation Agent) at a hotel or resort.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, especially in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
  • Positive attitude and manner.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS and managing OTA extranets.
