Position: Guest Experience Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin-speaking clientele.
- Assist with all front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Act as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Translate communications and materials as needed to support Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and create memorable experiences.
Qualifications:
- **Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.**
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a 5-star hotel.
- Passionate about delivering the absolute best guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, courteous, and driven attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solver with a positive mindset.
