Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, including payment and room assignments.
- Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Handle reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Process all transactions and maintain a balanced cash float.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to fulfill guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
