Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, including payment and room assignments.
• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Handle reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Process all transactions and maintain a balanced cash float.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to fulfill guest needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
