Position: Guest Relations – Japanese / Chinese Speaker

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin) with strong English communication; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Experience in Guest Relations/Butler/Front Office at an international luxury hotel.
  • Ability to provide personalized assistance, translations, and cultural guidance for international guests.
  • Skilled in itinerary planning, restaurant/spa reservations, and island activity coordination.
  • Professional, polished presentation and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
