Position: Guest Relations – Japanese / Chinese Speaker
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin) with strong English communication; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Experience in Guest Relations/Butler/Front Office at an international luxury hotel.
- Ability to provide personalized assistance, translations, and cultural guidance for international guests.
- Skilled in itinerary planning, restaurant/spa reservations, and island activity coordination.
- Professional, polished presentation and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
