Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Competent with check-in/out procedures, cashiering, and room assignment using PMS (Opera).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell rooms and packages.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in billing, and adherence to brand standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
