General Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event planning, weddings, or hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Ability to create event proposals, manage budgets, and execute flawless event logistics.
• Experience in coordinating wedding ceremonies, receptions, and cultural events.
• Knowledge of Bali’s wedding industry, venues, and vendors is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Event & Wedding Coordinator:

• Assist in planning and executing weddings and events, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, guests, and internal departments for event setup.
• Manage event timelines, seating arrangements, and on-site logistics.
• Provide personalized service to clients, addressing special requests and needs.

Event & Wedding Manager:

• Lead the planning and execution of weddings and large-scale events.
• Develop creative event concepts tailored to clients’ visions and preferences.
• Supervise and coordinate teams, ensuring smooth event operations.
• Oversee budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Handle client relations, ensuring satisfaction and positive feedback.
