General Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in Pastry.
- Proven expertise in pastry arts, including baking, dessert presentation, and menu innovation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen regulations.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in plating and texture balance.
- Able to join immediately.
Role-Specific Responsibilities
CDP Pastry:
- Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Supervise pastry staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
- Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal and innovative ingredients.
- Monitor inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry section.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive dining experiences.
