Position: Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Require experience working in engineering roles within the hotel industry; experience in hotel maintenance and engineering operations
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection systems, etc.
- Effective management and oversight of maintenance operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage time, resources, and staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously and ensure all work is completed within deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Could join immediately
