Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or other relate major
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related role
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication
- Effective communicator and a good collaborator
- Highly skilled in a restaurant, in-room dining and meeting space in all aspects of operations planning, organizing, and management
- Working knowledge of F&B Sales creating, executing FB promotions to achieve budget
- High working knowledge in leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
