General Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and develop a high-performing F&B team.
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Passion for guest service and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

F&B Manager:

• Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage financial aspects, including cost control, revenue generation, and profit maximization.
• Lead and mentor the F&B team to maintain the highest hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Assistant F&B Manager:

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service execution.
• Supervise F&B staff, providing training and motivation to maintain excellence.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Assist in managing inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event planning and catering services.
