Viceroy Bali, a luxury resort in Ubud known for its exquisite villas, fine dining, and world-class hospitality, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the front office team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage guest inquiries, and liaise with guests and team professionally.
- Train and develop the front office team to maintain the high service standards Viceroy Bali is known for.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to optimize occupancy and guest comfort.
- Monitor front desk performance, analyze reports, and enforce company policies to drive efficiency and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest service operations.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
