Position: Guest Relation Manager
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years in a managerial position
– Previous experience handling VIPs, celebrities, and high-profile guests is highly preferred
– Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage
– Highly skilled in problem resolution, guest recovery, and creating memorable experiences
– Strong knowledge of guest profiling, preferences, and LQA standards
– Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest engagement and personalized service
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
