Position: Chef de Cuisine – Tom’s by Tom Aikens
Qualifications:
- Expatriates are welcome
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or extensive experience as Sous Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Demonstrated expertise in various culinary techniques and European cuisines
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Time-management abilities, with a record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
