Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in a 4-5 star hotel
  • Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and cost-conscious
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team
