Position: Guest Relation Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests, particularly those who are Mandarin speaking, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
• Gather guest feedback to help improve service quality.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest relations or hostess role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate others through positive interaction.
