Position: Guest Relation Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, particularly those who are Mandarin speaking, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
- Assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Gather guest feedback to help improve service quality.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest relations or hostess role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate others through positive interaction.
