Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in the daily preparation and cooking of food items.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the culinary leadership.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station at all times.
- Learn and apply basic culinary skills and techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Adhere to all HACCP and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and basic culinary skills.
- Well groomed and a can do attitude.
- Has the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
