Position: Commis

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in the daily preparation and cooking of food items.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the culinary leadership.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station at all times.
• Learn and apply basic culinary skills and techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Adhere to all HACCP and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
• Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and basic culinary skills.
• Well groomed and a can do attitude.
• Has the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
