Position: Chef de Cuisine – Chinese Cuisine (All Day Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Chinese cuisine production for the All Day Dining kitchen
- Ensure the authentic taste and high quality of all Chinese dishes
- Manage and train kitchen staff specializing in Chinese culinary arts
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing for Chinese outlets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine
- Expert knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and flavors
- Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities in luxury resorts
- Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence
- Culinary degree or professional certification
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
