Position: Chef de Cuisine – Chinese Cuisine (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Chinese cuisine production for the All Day Dining kitchen
  • Ensure the authentic taste and high quality of all Chinese dishes
  • Manage and train kitchen staff specializing in Chinese culinary arts
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing for Chinese outlets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine
  • Expert knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and flavors
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities in luxury resorts
  • Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence
  • Culinary degree or professional certification
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
