Position: Chef de Partie – Breakfast
Responsibilities:
- Lead the breakfast kitchen section to ensure high-quality morning dining service
- Supervise staff and coordinate food preparation for resort guests
- Maintain consistent presentation and taste across all breakfast items
- Ensure kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards are met daily
- Contribute to the development of breakfast menus and buffet setup
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in a high-volume hotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisines and egg station service
- Leadership skills to guide a team during busy morning shifts
- Understanding of food safety and portion control
- Willingness to work early morning hours consistently
- Vocational or Diploma degree in Culinary Arts
