Position: Sous Chef – Butcher

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a professional butcher shop or hotel kitchen
- Deep knowledge of different types of meat cuts and processing methods
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety standards related to meat handling
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and portion efficiency
- Degree or Certification in Culinary Arts
