Position: Pastry Cook (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and preparation of pastry and bakery items
- Support mise-en-place for desserts and sweet snacks as assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry workstation
- Ensure consistency and quality of pastry products according to recipes
- Store and rotate pastry ingredients to ensure freshness and safety
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques is required
- Passionate about pastry arts with a creative mindset
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Pastry or Culinary Arts
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high quality standards
- Willingness to work early shifts or according to operational needs
- Disciplined, clean, and organized kitchen habits
