Position: Daily Worker – Steward

Responsibilities:

• Perform dishwashing duties, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and back of house areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team.
• Properly manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Support the stewarding team in maintaining hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility for cleanliness.
