Position: Daily Worker – Steward
Responsibilities:
- Perform dishwashing duties, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and back of house areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team.
- Properly manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Support the stewarding team in maintaining hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility for cleanliness.
