Sous Chef

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
  • Proven ability to manage and train a diverse team.
  • Understanding of cost control, kitchen management, and food hygiene standards.
  • Hospitality background in villas, resorts, or fine dining preferred.
  • Able to communicate in English and work flexible hours or shifts.
