Sous Chef
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
- Proven ability to manage and train a diverse team.
- Understanding of cost control, kitchen management, and food hygiene standards.
- Hospitality background in villas, resorts, or fine dining preferred.
- Able to communicate in English and work flexible hours or shifts.
