Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations and kitchen staff in Anyer.
- Develop innovative and high-quality menus that reflect Mövenpick’s brand.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
- Control food costs and labor expenses to meet financial targets.
- Mentor and develop the culinary team for career progression.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Executive Chef in a 5-star luxury resort in Indonesia.
- Exceptional culinary skills across multiple cuisines and operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and kitchen management skills.
- Deep understanding of cost control, procurement, and P&L statements.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Impeccable knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards.
- Ability to innovate and integrate local Banten flavors into international offerings.
