Butcher
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Butcher in a hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ability to operate butchery equipment safely
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and portion control
- Physically fit and able to work in a kitchen environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Vocational training in culinary arts is preferred
