Position: CDP Cold
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cold kitchen section including appetizers and salads
- Manage and mentor cold kitchen staff on preparation and garnishing
- Ensure cold dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock rotation in the cold section
- Adhere to all food hygiene and sanitation protocols in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Specialist in cold kitchen and appetizers
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Creative presentation and garnishing skills
- Ability to manage inventory and sections
- Detail-oriented in recipe following
- Strong work ethic in a busy resort
