Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen
- Design and implement innovative dessert and pastry menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage pastry inventory and control production costs
- Train junior pastry staff in baking techniques and food safety
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in professional pastry production
- Strong creativity and artistic skills in dessert presentation
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Culinary degree or certification in Pastry Arts
- Leadership skills to manage a high-volume kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented and passionate about culinary excellence
