Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen
  • Design and implement innovative dessert and pastry menus
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage pastry inventory and control production costs
  • Train junior pastry staff in baking techniques and food safety

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in professional pastry production
  • Strong creativity and artistic skills in dessert presentation
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Culinary degree or certification in Pastry Arts
  • Leadership skills to manage a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about culinary excellence
